morning coffee classes
Coffee Classes are held every Sunday at “coffee&clayworks Kasa”
「焙煎編」
焙烙（ほうろく）を使って豆を焼きます。焙煎する上で知っておきたい栽培と生産プロセスについての話もさせていただきます。
We use the earthenware pan(Horoku) to roast the coffee beans. In terms of roasting the coffee beans, the coffee cultivation and production process will be introduced as well in the class.
「抽出編」
自分の好みの豆を探すところから始まり、豆の選び方や保存のこと、など。効率的に淹れるためのポイントも解説いたします。
手回しミルで挽いてペーパードリップで淹れます。
The class starts with finding your favorite coffee beans and giving advice to the participants on how to select and preserve the coffee beans. Also, we discuss the key points on how to brew coffee effectively.

料金: 2,000円（お土産コーヒー豆付・税別）
“Roasting Class” and “Brewing Class” are held on every other Sunday.
Participation is on booking basis only, please contact staff or by e-mail.

Maximum 3 people for each class.
Please contact by e-mail for booking request with your request date(Sunday only), full name, number of participants and mobile phone No. After receiving your request, we will check the booking status and reply you by return.

Fee: 2,000JPY(Tax excluded & a little pack of coffee beans)
