向かいの風頭山のことを昔の人は「かさがしら山」と呼んでいたそうです。
時を重ねて今がある。
私たちの作る珈琲と土の器やアクセサリーをこの場所で皆様に楽しんでいただけることを願って屋号を「笠」と名付けました。巡る季節とともに歩んで参ります。
どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
Mount Kazagashira is across from coffee&clayworks Kasa. In the past, people used to call it “Mt. Kasa-gashira” which means Umbrella-head Mountain.
Every step you have taken has built what you are today.
We named Café “Kasa”, because of we wish customer have an enjoyable time here with our brewing coffee and showcase of artworks made of clay in Kasa.

毎朝焙煎した豆をネルドリップで淹れています。コーヒーのおともには季節替わりの素朴なお菓子を、軽食にはご近所の天然酵母パンをご用意しています。
2020年よりオリジナルのスパイスカレーを始めました。
Freshly brewed coffee using nel-dripping method is served everyday in the morning. Seasonal sweets come with a cup of coffee, and our neighbour’s natural yeast bread will be served for the light meal menu.
We started the original spice curry in 2020.
